Training log for week end 18/07

First real week ‘back’ after the marathon and the pattern is set; early morning swimming, afternoon running, long rides on the weekend and a couple of hill climbs on the other weekday mornings. When the weather is bad (as it was this week in Adelaide) good old Coach Troy sorts me out on the indoor trainer.
